How does MEMBERS Quote eliminate the need for me to call or visit many dealers to find out about inventories and availability?

The MEMBERS Quote system will automatically transmit the information on a particular automobile that you request to several credit union-friendly dealers in the area. Each dealer will match your inquiry with the actual availability and price range of the automobile you desire. A dealer representative will call you with this information, often in a matter of minutes, but within no more than three business hours.

How does MEMBERS Quote guarantee that I will not be hassled by a salesman at my home or business?

The person who handles the MEMBERS Quote system at the dealership is usually a fleet manager who handles corporate or special program sales. The fleet manager is paid on a volume basis and not on a per-customer profit basis, as is the case with the salesperson on the showroom floor. The MEMBERS Quote representative is held to an agreement of honesty, integrity, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The representative is instructed not to call you after 8:30 p.m. and will only call once with the availability and price range. The representative will not continue to call you, unless you request additional information.
